This Privacy policy describes how we deal with your personal data. Your privacy is very important to Spring House and we will always process your data in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation (Implementation) Act.


The aim of processing personal data

Spring House uses your data in order to carry out communication, orders and bookings as easily and quickly as possible. For other matters, Spring House will only use these data with your consent. Spring House will not sell/pass on your personal data to third parties. Spring House undertakes the obligation to respect the confidentiality of your data.


Information about data processing 

Spring House uses your personal data depending on the services that you use or the products that you purchase, amongst other things:

— When you become a member, you create a community profile and we collect your name, telephone number, address, email address, invoice details, a profile picture and your sign-in data. You will also be signed up for our newsletters to keep you updated about Spring House events and news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe-link provided in the footer of each newsletter.
— For bookings and orders, Spring House needs your name, email address, invoice address or any supply address, as well as possibly your bank account number and other company details.
— The content of your communication with us, for example, when you approach us by email, telephone or in any other way.

The exchange of data

When it is carrying out its tasks this may mean Spring House shares data, including personal data, with other organizations. This only occurs if there is a lawful basis for this as described in the General Data Protection Regulation (Implementation) Act, possibly in combination with a cooperation agreement.

Spring House ensures suitable security for the personal data which it has in its possession, in line with the applicable legal requirements and directives for this.


Period that personal data are kept

Spring House does not keep the personal data which it processes any longer than is necessary for the purpose of the data processing, or required on other grounds (such as use in the archives or research).


Your privacy rights

You have various Privacy rights and you can find more information about this from the Personal Data Authority. Amongst other things, you have the right to inspect your personal data and correct or remove them. At your request we will provide you, free of charge, with information concerning the personal data which we process about you. You can withdraw your consent at any time for the future processing of your personal data. It is not permitted to inspect the data of other persons.


Photography and filming at events

During events, photographs may be taken and sometimes films are made. Please inform the personnel if you are not happy with this and it will be taken into account.


Objecting to the processing of personal data
